For a speech next week i am meant to choose a criminal justice issue-(i have chosen the Effectiveness of Anti-Terrorism Laws) and describe the main features of this from the perspective of the community, defendants/offenders and victims and then evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal mechanisms from the perspectives of these same groups again.
Please help, i am having a great deal of trouble understanding what is being asked in the question, where to start and how to go about answering these questions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
