honestly, i wouldnt really care especially if it was just a one offf event.

Alot of ppple on assult charges, are just standing up for them selves etc.

I dont have a problem with people standing up for themselves. Alot of ppple who get hit deserve it, i gues it would depend on the situation.

one question/.....would u hire someone with a criminal record for fraudelant dealings?

So, if you where an employer, and a criminal came in to your place of work and asked for a job, you'd give it to him. I find it hard to believe. Your putting yourself and your clients at risk.
