Does anyone have any notes/examples or questions on calculating or analysing the critical path? Thanks in advance.

add up the longest one, its the time it takes the business takes to finish all tasks.

I get so confused because it says the CPA is the shortest time taken for the tasks to be complete?

But it has to complete ALL processess. so when u try to find it the longest path.
