I was just wondering what is expected to be written for the following question:

"The law has the capacity to stop or change human behaviour"

Evaluate the effectiveness of the law in the area of Family with reference to the above statement.

Do I just talk about compliance and non-compliance in the area of Family Law.Effectiveness of the law for individuals and society.(resource efficiency e.t.c) In regards to non-compliance do I mention the methods that are ineffective that cause non-complaince within Family Law.

Refer to relevant syllabus dotpoints and use them to back up the statement that the law has capacity to stop or change human behaviour
yes you can bring in compliance mechanisms and what the law does to stop non compliance
