I myself thought the test was ok, though I didn't like the part in Section 3 (report) where it asked for change management strategies. Everything else was decent.

For Section 4 I went with the second option and used Qantas, Coca Cola Amatil, HTC and Apple for my case studies.

10 minutes Multiple Choice
45 Minutes Short Answer
1 hour 5 minutes for Section 3 (the one which I didn't like) wrote 6 pages.
1 hour and 5 minutes for Section 4. Wrote 7 pages

Spent remaining time going over short answers.

No troubles with anything except the strategies to manage resistance to change. Only got 2/3 the last one I wrote was incorrect

Yeah same, Like a bit for the Profitability Marketing strategies... I just wrote anything that came to mind that was increasing profits. E.g. Price penetration, oversees labour, cheaper resources, Just in time. LOL

I spoke about the whole cycle, along with another point, so i should score full marks for that section i hope xD
