Could i write say 800 words and still get 20/20 for the HSC? In class exams i don't know how much i write but i can get 19-20/20 for just about 3-4 pages.

Got Economics back, I got 85 which was 4th in the class. The highest was 93... The exam was marked externally by Paul Coghlan (Sp?) he is sort of a local economics celebrity

MC - 16/20
Short Answer - 35/40
Essay 1 (Monetary) - 16/20
Essay 2 (Globalisation) - 18/20

I think that 1800 - 2000 words is overkill but 800 is going to be a bit short for 20/20 in the HSC. I generally do around 1300-1500 and it gets me full marks. Shivers if you could do 800 words high quality and get 20/20 you could finish the exam 40 minutes early and still walk away with full marks potentially.
