It's an image board which is similar to 2ch
Basically you start a thread by posting an image and some text. That thread then rapidly sinks via an automated pruning system, as other threads are created. Each time a post is made the thread is brought up to the first page. However at the same time dead threads sink down to the last page, once it reaches that page it automatically prunes the thread and it's entire contents (it gets deleted). That page is called "page 10" also known as the gas chamber.

You can open up a single thread, and refresh it to view it's contents. You make posts, host images, etc. There is no signing in. No usernames, no identities, etc.
