Yeah, I'm getting confused as well.... Don't we get deprived an hour of sleep? Because when it's normally 6 am fro example, with daylight savings 6 am would actually be 7 am. So the clock is going an hour ahead, not back...

Deprived, hence why sometimes I only get a 23hr birthday.
