Delay Discrete Maths until 3rd year? (1 Viewer)

Is it okay to delay discrete math (MATH1081) until 3rd year? It's a core course in my degree but it is only a prerequisite for:
- COMP2111 System modelling and design
- COMP6714 Information retrieval and web search

i guess so. I'm in 2nd year and Ive delayed discrete until next year most likely

Technically I suppose you could, but I hope you still remember how to do maths.

I personally don't see any incentive to leave it for three years. Why would you want to?

It's best to do Discrete Math in your first year as you still have the maths knowledge.
P.S. I'm doing Discrete Math next semester.
