Also, upon experimentation, I forced the battle.net forums to accidentally tell me the name of the Diablo 3 forum that's meant to be hidden till it is announced:

It's not random. If you put in a random forum name it defaults to "All Forums":

Based on what they've released in flash and CSS teasers so far, it looks like they'll talk about Wrath of the Lich King and Starcraft 2 a bit more, as well as announce Diablo 3.

There are hints that Blizzard will also announce a second game besides Diablo 3. Further hints indicate Diablo 3 is 3D and multiplayer but not their secret new MMO. Could it be a Lost Vikings game?

No, read my post. I discovered the clue in the forum search where it specifically names the forum "Diablo III General Discussion". You won't find that lying around fan sites and forums unless it was posted by me. Moreover I don't really give two flying fucks about credit: the point is they're making Diablo fucking three.

Given Diabloii's fairly infallible track record, and the fact that Blizzard have created and hidden a forum specifically called "Diablo III General Discussion" just like "Starcraft 2 General Discussion" I'd say that it's more than "likely".

It's still speculation. STRONG speculation, but nothing defintite to be sure.

It's a bit disapointing that they're not diverging from the holy trinity: Warcaft, diablo and starcraft.

lol same. Fuck I haven't even played STALKER, Bioshock, Mass Effect, The Witcher, NWN2, MotB or Oblivion yet. Actually I'm not too inclined to play Oblivion anyway 'cause I hear it's worse than Morrowind.

And hopefully NOLF2 will work properly when I get a new comp.

Also, it seems that Blizzard is intent on creating further Diablo games after three.
