So I did my test in pencil, and the supervising lady only told me later on as she walked past me. She didn't give instruction on us using pen's so yeah...

What's the procedure if I have used pencil? Will they still mark it? or..? :/

If they scan the paper it may not show up. I'm sure if you contact the Board of Studies and tell them they will make an arrangement for you :)

Tell the supervisor who can pass on the message to BOS. Don't worry I'm sure you weren't the only one.

Did your school not tell you to use pen for any exam since yr 7?
However, I think (hope) you will be fine as they can send the actual written response to markers. I'm sure the BOS won't penalise you for not being able to read the scanned work.

Lol of course we don't use pencil for the other exams. I always use pencil in maths because I always make tonnes of mistakes and a pencil would be easy to erase mistakes. I'm actually surprised you can't use pencil seeing as everyone else was using it. Even in the trials it was still ok so I just assumed it was allowed.

exactly!! I did my graphs in pencil! It can't not be counted!
I'm sure BOS has thought of the fact that you can't draw graphs in pen!!

the exam is scanned and reads black ink so pencil may not show up, you can still contact BOS staff and explain the situation, very rare your paper wont be marked.
