Not much in the earlier grades, but in the later grades Theory is focused on (academic) concepts, where Musicianship leans towards ear training, dictation etc.

theory doesn't have aural but musicianship does.

yes for musicianship u have to memorise the words and the tune of the annoying folk songs and for theory u only have to memorise the tune. slackerS!
