Difficulties in writing dot points from the internet for an Mod essay (1 Viewer)

Im confused at the moment. I am doing a modern history assignment or rather essay on Gandhi`s invovlement in the independance movement for India.

Im finding it difficult to just put down dot points about it, and i cant understand why i dont understand the stuff on the internet to then put it in my own words......

Would i have to go easier infomation on the internet or might i have to change my question a little bit or would i just have to work harder?

i dont like being so confused about it.

Well, I'm no expert in history but...

It would be no use to use information in an essay which you yourself do not understand. Try finding information sources which are clear, and from which you can plan your essay. Vary your sources of information - the internet's not the only place!

Maybe you ought to read on the basics first ebfore going to the internets which may be conflicting- wikipedia may not be the best site to get a geenral overview. I suggest school textbooks.
