In answer to the original question - use SAM, but if you're in the mid-90s for UAI probably about 2-3 pts (comparing a 70 in Eco with a 90).

Well according to a BOS document I read the other night, around 34% of EE2 candidates got a Band E4 last year. Seems a lot easier than other subjects, as most are aorund the top 5% or so. But then again, you are against the cream of the crop for English in the state. And if I remember correctly, EE1 had about the top 25% gettign an E4.
reli? wow ur very well informed...

so expert =P if im getting 13ish out of 15 for my assessments and go to hornsby girls... what's my chance in getting in those 'top' percentages??

Look at them and you can be equally well-informed :p

Very good :D. Best way of finding out for sure is if you know the percentage of people in your school who got in the top band last year and seeing where you're ranked in comparison to that. It's unlikely that your school would have a massive increase or decline, so it should give you a fair idea.

I meant to find that doc for you, but I forgot where it was linked to on here, lol. And the BoS site is so shockingly designed that i can't bothered, lol.

But yes, I get all of my info from here.
