DMX - Year Of the Dog Again - Australian Tour

FYI

DMX - Year Of the Dog Again Tour

RESTLESS & OPP Entertainment bring to you for the first time in Australia

DMX - Year Of the Dog Again Tour

Beyond iconic, the legendary DMX has been the true voice of the hood since he burst onto the scene as a representative of the label and street movement, Ruff Ryders almost a decade ago. With a three year hiatus, it's now time for the long overdue and much needed return of rap's prophetic visionary, DMX. And for the first time ever in Australia, OPP and Showtime Entertainment bring us what rap fans have been waiting for - DMX live at his gritty and frenzied best!

With an incredible 20 million albums sold worldwide, and the only artist in the history of the Billboard Top 200 to have his first five albums debut consecutively at number one, DMX is undisputedly one of the most memorable MC's of all time. He is the only artist who has spent a career inspiring followers around the world to bark and rhyme in loud bursts of music and energy, only then to get them to read and rap and think and cry in private moments of honest thought and introspection. No-one in hip hop has ever done it better.

With six legendary albums under his belt containing a string of huge anthems including, "Where The Hood At?", "Party Up", "Get It On The Floor", "X Gonna Give It To Ya", "Ruff Ryder's Anthem" and "Lord Give Me A Sign", the undisputed king of the hood is bringing his massive show down under and promises that he is back, definitely bigger and better than ever in 2006.

holy fuck! the big top events are never 18+ though :(. maybe they'll make it 18+, hopefully, since DMX is a crackhead, and underage people shouldn't be allowed to see crackheads live :(

yeh its not on ticketek yet. ill let you know when its up.

and pilgrim, it's not like DMX voice has changed or anything, if he performs ruff ryders anthem, it won't be affected by the subpar tracks he makes nowadays would it?

i mean mobb deep suck now, but seein them perform their old hits was awesome, all they need to know is all the words and that's that.

people falling off have little impact on them if they perform their good old stuff.

DMX just cancelled a tour for the troops in iraq after pushing it back for awhile. DMX is has been pretty much known for being unreliable with concert promoters, so hmmm i do hope this happens though.

dmx doesn't have the diversity to hold down a concert by himself.

Did anyone go to the Mos Def show?

are you kidding me?

DMX is very energetic and his tracks range from 'slippin' to 'where da hood at' he is surely able to hold a concert. In addition, i've heard great things about his concerts.

i really doubt he'd perform 'right/wrong' as that was only on the cradle to the grave soundtrack (unless you are talking about 'wrong or right' which is on the new album). 'niggas die for me' is Drag-On Feat DMX so i doubt he'd perform that either.
