As much as i agree with you lazychic (after my the HSC im going to be in a permanent alcoholic fog for as long as possible) you just bagged out one of my favourite pastimes.

I expected more from a gal with such an illustrious name

I used to take days off whenever my mum had days off But I've noticed that it's better if you go to school cos when it comes down to exams you've already understood the class work 'n its just a matter of revision. I regret what I did with Physics. Now I've got about 4 days before my prelims and I have to go over the whole electricity and motion topic by myself :/
But when it comes down to the days before exams I'll take the last 2 off such as yesterday & today cos you never got taught anything before the exam anyway.
