Do I need to pass ALL level 100 units to do level 200? (Mechatronic Engo) (1 Viewer)

Hello errybody,

I'm a 1st year student in Macq Uni doing Mechatronic Engineering.

1st semester, I failed Comp115 and Phys143, these 2 subjects are not offered in semester 2 (I don't if either are offered in Semester 3). Assuming I pass the subjects I am doing in Semester 2 (Math136 and Elec170) will I be able to do Level 200 subjects in the course or will I need to complete my Level 100 units to progress to Level 200?

- I have checked the prerequisites for the Level 200 in this course and only Math136 and Elec170 are required.

You can complete your subjects in any order you like, as long as you have completed prerequisites for subjects you intend to take.

So you can do a level 200/300 course as long as you have completed all your prerequisites. I've taken classes with people in their final semester who've been doing first year stuff as they never completed it earlier
