Well, I have an exam on Monday, but I just injured my shoulder - no broken bones or anything, just really hurts and will take a while to heal. I've studied a bit for my exam, however I still need to study. So what do I do? I'm really in a lot of pain, and I'm not trying to avoid it either.

Get a doctor's note and show it to the school

I'd study, attempt to get a dr's certificate to show the school, and notify the school just incase youare forced to do the exam as they might arrange for extra time or a writer if you are forced to seat the exam.

Either you don't have to do the exam or you get a scribe, basically what the guy above me said with getting someone else to write your exam for you. You'll probably be given more time until you can write adequately

Get doctor's certificate, fill out the school's Illness and Misadventure form and see what happens. I'd suggest keep studying for the test as if you're going to sit it because for me, I had to sit my legal exam albeit experiencing something..less desirable.
I concur with this:)
