I mean, i know if you do Death and Bereavement for the Rite of Passage for one of your traditions you have to do it for the other one. But say, for Rites of Passage, my specific areas are Sacred Writing and Symbolism. Does the syllabus stipulate that i have to keep these two areas when I'm doing Rites of Public Worship ? Or can i do, say, symbolism and nature of celebrant for that instead ?

I read the syllabus, but i dont think it actually points thisd out.

Students learn to:
compare and contrast examples from the same religious rites within TWO religious traditions in relation to TWO of the following:
– the nature, role and function of officiating celebrants
– significance of sacred writings
– use of symbolism
– social structure
– human experiences.
gotta be the same across the rite. Not the same across different rites.

Pick the appropriate examples to match the rite

If you are studies 1, then the format is one essay worth 20 marks, this year the religious rites question isnt divided up into parts.

Studies 2 obviously do 3 essays each worth 20 marks
