I don't think you have to stress out too much, space was a pretty big topic in comparison to motors and generators, like you are behind.. but we only took a month to do m&g and we took like a term and a half to do space as well. Granted its made me fall heaps behind cos we rushed, but you can catct up -that's what im trying to say.
cool, that provides some relief.. yeh space is a pritty big topic, what put us behind was projectile motion... but i think now i've mastered it... which is good... we spent like 5 weeks doing projectile motion if not more and it wasn't even all that difficult...

well we've been doing motors for about 4 weeks.. i think my teacher plans on finishing it before our half yearly (yes! i havn't had my half yearly yet)

My exam is in week 4... which means we have 3 more weeks to complete the whole module... 1 month is pritty fast... but i mean as long as the class understands then that's all that counts..

1 months, enough to finish m and g. Projectile motion is quite tricky but the main idea abt it is that u just write down all the data u are given and just use the eqns

ahh... I can't stand being tutored, my brain just switches off, i preffer to spend hours understanding a concept on my own.. rather than get a tutour, pay money, and come out dumber than before...by understanding it on my own it really sinks in.. and never leaves... well that's me anyways... although a tutor is always good for questions... but then again that's what my teachers for...
ack... i know how you feel. i tend to fall asleep in my lessons... but yeah, i don't think my physics teacher is very good at explaining things [at least not to me, and especially since he pays more attention to his favourites] so i'm glad i have a tutor, even though i hate going to tutoring

wat is the pt of tutoring for physics, if u dont understand ask ur teacher, ur teacher proly knows ore than ur tutor
not necessarily, like i said, some ppl are stuck with crappy teachers. well, maybe it's not so much that they suck, it's just they have different teaching methods which just doesn't work with me. but anyways, i find that a lot of tutors out there are actually teachers themselves, so they have experience and are familiar with the syllabus and all that.

Yeah, a month was pretty fast, and i really dont feel like i know anything, but then the whole class is probably the same. Am expecting to cry when i get my half yearly back. First thing I've handed in for physics that was really sucky... gahhh. Oh well ours wasnt an assessment. I wish we had spent longer or projectile motion.. i still cant do it properly. Our teacher got really sick and took almost a month off just in the middle of projectiles, so that interupted things heaps and set us back quite a bit.

ok... we finally finished motors and generators.. this was like a week ago... we finally had our half yearly.. and now we've just started ideas...

i guess we'll probably only have the first 3 modules in our trials.. i have a feeling were going to be rushing our option like there's no tomorrow... anyone here done Medical phyiscs?.. is it long?..

How many modules are u guys going to be tested on in ur trials.. I'm guessing most of u guys will be tested o everything.. right or wrong?

Most people do not finish the option completly by the time of the trials but are part way through it. I would be worried if you have not started the option by about week 2-3 next term. I2I can be done fairly quickly.
