This guy from my school, who did his hsc in 2002 jeopardised himself gettin his hsc by writing about a asylum seeker plotting to kill john howard. im just asking...... in our hsc essays, do we have to becareful of what we write???

well as with everthing that we write we cannot discriminate against anyone. especially iagainst the governement. if it is severe enough, such as sedition against the governement, one can get arrested.

however, something discriminatory int eh hsc, i guess would be dealth properly against.

i don't think you can call a hsc answer 'sedition' though? i thought sedition was on a wider scale than being read by one or two people?
