Unless it is structured soun, TURN IT OFF! So music of my own choosing and lack of sound anywhere else, except maybe birds outside is good. The monotony of rain is also good.

i have my music on really low.. and if i can hear anyone talking, or anyone walking around outside my room i get up and go off my head.. i can study with music going, but not with people talking or making heapsa noise outside.

I used to have music, but now I just can't.

I must have total silence or a nice regular sound like rain or a fan going. I simply cannot study with people talking (well my family at least), I always listen to the conversation, TV is slightly better but still bad.

I used to be able to study doing anything but now I need my peace.
