Medicine. 100% do not regret 
Chose it because I loved science (in particular biology), loved to learn, loved talking to people (especially patients) and listening. I also chose it because I had been volunteering in hospitals for many years. Initially I was thinking of becoming a nurse, but I really enjoyed learning critical thinking and the idea of an ever expanding field (medical). There were also people close to me who were affected/passed away from varying medical conditions that made me want to strive and enter med!

I'm not in uni atm and am doing a full time traineeship in finance. I don't really regret it because the work and experience is good and i plan to go back to uni in the future. I went to uni in 2015 but dropped out as i didn't like my field and had little idea of what i wanted to do.
Yes and no. It's good having a degree, but way overrated and not worth the money in my view. A lot of degrees outside the technical degrees (medicine, law, accounting, engineering etc) are becoming less and less valued on the market.
Coming from someone in HR, what you're doing trumps a degree.
That sounds interesting where at?
Would you still say that it's worth going back to uni PT while working in the future though?
I've been told that it's definitely a good idea.
Even better, get your company to pay for it. That's the best idea I reckon.

No regrets doing Commerce (Accounting/Finance). I think it was the broader learnings on topics like legal which I appreciated more, and also working in lots of group assignments and having to find different ways to study/prepare for exams...
(obviously without it, I wouldn't have a job now!)

No regrets - I enjoy what I study (for the most part) which I think is one of the most important things to studying at uni - I've met numerous people switching degrees up to 3-4 times before they found something they like (which I think personally is a waste of money and time if people do their research properly, I really mean properly)
Whatever gets you in the workforce at the end of the day I guess (helps that uni also has great networking etc..)

To be fair, I think sometimes things can change for people and their are other factors that can lead to a change in degrees (which can be for the best). That being said, I do agree that changing degrees multiple times is largely a waste of time and money. With a lot of people I know who chop and change degrees, I get the distinct impression that they are scared of making the jump out of uni and into the workforce. I think if you really dont know what you want to do, it's better to start working and find your desired path from there.

^^ addition to above, i don't think a lot of people think about their career prospects. A lot of us are worried to finish with honours or such

Going slightly off topic here but I think it is kinda scary ): Like in high school, getting into a degree meant everything to my friends and I. But now when we in a degree, we realise the hard thing is graduating and finding a job- as there's so many of us now ):

I'm in my 7th year of study now (4/5 year undergrad, postgraduate clinical training 1yr, further skill and science/med training 1yr + PhD now) and although I worked in-between school and uni, and in between graduating my undergrad and going back for postgrad training, I get really pissed off a lot of the time working at the research centre I am at now (within USyd), and think 'wtf am I still doing here'.
Although in my case the path I am taking is really the only pathway I can take to practice in the area I want to (need endorsements and specialised experience), and probably saves me some money in that I can skill up 'for free' using the Universities diverse research groups/partner institutions and funded trips to national and international collaborators, you can really tell who has spent some time working 'in the real world'. Castrated by bureaucracy, the people who haven't been exposed to the harsh realities of the labour market, and forced to defend and argue their worth in private enterprise make me regret sometimes sticking around in the institution for so long.
Get in, do your best, stay only as long as you need to, and then get the fuck out and power on in the real world. You will do well.
