they might ask to write in a speech format, which isn't that hard. I hope they don't ask to write a feature article though...

they could ask us to write a letter to the editor as well
maybe read some feature articles and try to mimic the way they write. write very short paragraphs, maybe a sentence a paragraph i suppose?
