My girlfriend gave me this song a couple of weeks ago and I'm wondering who is the artist that sings this?! As I obviously don't know the name of the song or the artist, it would be great to hear if anyone else knows. Here is some of the song's lyrics,

thanks for your help. I did use google but I kept on typing lyrics for the song into the search engine and it got me no where!
