It was a compilation of diary entries made by a teenager in the 60s or 70s (real story) which detailed her first experience with drugs and subsequent addiction which iirc ultimately resulted in her death.

Does anyone know what it was called? It was pretty confronting I read it in Hugh school and I'd like to read it again.
