you know how everyone says you should do lots of exercise because it helps you concentrate on your work/study... blah blah... is that actually the case???

coz i'm either too lazy to exercise or when i do... i get too tired to study afterwards...

either way... exercise is evil:mad1:

Exactly.
I go for a 2km run every morning, well except for sometimes in winter when its to cold to get out of bed, and I know it helps me get my thoughts together for the day/and or week ahead.

i used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and it really helped, made me switch off from school trouble and also made me feel more alert and happier
Basically it kept me sane!!!

It wakes you up as well. If you feel very browsy after a session of study, go talk a refreshing run/walk then come back with a rest then start work again :)

Sure. It helps you to distance yourself from study and also improves your memory recollection. If you take a run after a study session it will refresh you and let the work sink in. Listening to taped executive summaries on a run is a great method- you can get two things done in the same space of time.
