does prelim count towards hsc at all?? some teacher i had was sorta telling me it does,,, opinions needed.

no it doesn't, but it counts towards your teachers opinion of you, and they're going to be the ones marking all your assessments next year.

If you dont good enough marks you might not get into some classes like 4 unit stuff. And if you fail the prelims you most likely will not be allowed to take the HSC. But other than that i dont think it carries
