Does UTS have intake below cutoff in second round (1 Viewer)

If I missed the ATAR cutoff for UTS law by 0.15 which was 97 in the first round but there are still vacancies, is it possible to receive an offer in the second round, or is the cutoff final? And would a 0.15 difference still be competitive?

Well I got an offer for UTS Law and I won't be taking it so not sure if that means anything.

OP, did you apply for EAS at all? As someone from my school is eligible for EAS and his ATAR is 87.3 and he still got in!
