Even if it doesnt appear as a minor on your transcript wouldnt employers look at what subjects you took as well to see if you have the relevant knowledge. I mean if you majored in say, Management but also did various HRM subjects, wouldnt the employer see that you have a background in HRM too (regardless if it doesnt say Minor)?
