Doing After Mabo- documentary, additional texts? (1 Viewer)

hey guys

for powerplay our main text is After Mabo, a documentaery showing the power struggle betweent eh Aborigines and teh Government after John Howard was elected. THis movie is from the Aborignies perspective.

im finiding it really hard though to find additional texts?

anyone else done this text? and what did you think of it? and any ideas for additonal texts?

any help would be awesome

movie mean girls - many the focus on manipulation to gain power - also u have popularity = power (political and in the school yard)

You do realise yamini, that we dont have to have to really link our additional texts to after mabo for our speech, they just have to talk about the representation of power and how it is displayed etc.

Additional texts, anything on the hsc list as core texts they work well, antony and cleopatra 1984 animal farm etc
