How would u properly answear this dotpoint, taking mass dilation as an example??

explain qualitatively and
quantitatively the consequence of
special relativity in relation to:
. the relativity of simultaneity
. the equivalence between mass and
energy
. length contraction
. time dilation
. mass dilation

qualitatively: The faster your velocity gets, the more mass you have.
quantitatively: the formula is on the formula sheet
