Helloo,
So im joining Dr Du this year for Year 11 maths ext1, english and chemistry but i'm worried about the entrance exam because i know everyone that goes to Dr Du is like really smart. I have a slight idea on what to study for the test but i am worried that i might be studying the wrong things and that i won't be able to solve the questions on the test. Does anyone know what i should study for and is the test really hard or am i just stressing out about it?

for math, if i were to guess you'd prolly be assessed on circle trig and polynomials primarily as im pre sure this is what is done in t4 yr10. maybe circle geo asw but i dont think there'd be much on that

whaat?? why?
math is the easiest subject to self learn

tutoring isn't needed for it but if u think you need a tutor
there are thousands of tutors that offer the same services for cheaper prices without wasting your time

it's genuinely not worth it to go du

ahhh okay i see what you mean. I already have a priv maths tutor but he is also a teacher at james ruth so he's pretty busy, which is why i was considering joining dr du. but ty for the info :)

why are there no white people or indians or muslims or africans or south east asians? I only see far east asians. I feel like they are violating discrimination laws covertly

overpriced
they teach u oos

some people argue that they have so many state rankers so they must be doing something right
that's a flawed mindset because dr du normally accepts students who are already set up to state rank
It's more like top selective students want to join Dr Du because of fear of missing out. Students in A1 class are already good and they do not need tutoring. I agreed that dr du is overpriced.
