Hi everyone, I'm currently doing:

1)Biology
2)Chemistry
3)Maths ext1.
4)Studies of Religion (1Unit) <--- Have to cause i'm at a catholic school
5)Physics
6)English Advanced

What im thinking of doing is dropping Chem to Senior Science and Maths Ex1 to General math and i'll have to take Photography in year 11 to make up to 12 units

My question to the wise BOS'ers is, does this sound like a good move?
Am i still able to get a decent atar with these subjects (90+)?
Scaling, should i be afraid of it. Will be be scaled down from senior and general?

Thanks Very much in advance,
Ayearora.
Huge drop from 3U maths to general, maybe do 2U because general is totally different

I agree with Senior science, if your not doing well in chem and you dont like it maybe drop

Oh and doesnt matter whaat subjects you do, you can get any ATAR as long as you try hard enough

^When you say that, do you mean keep doing ext maths and drop chem entirely at the end of yr 11? Because correct me if I'm wrong, if you drop a maths unit and you drop chem you will only have 9 units?

Do a pro and cons list. I think it'd be more beneficial for your ATAR to spend more time doing well in your other subjects than doing SNS at all because it's scaling is very low.
