when is everyone elses projects due- mine is the last day of this term but i have a feeling people have until after trials

There is actually already another thread for this - "how much have you done on your project and when is it due" - where most people have posted their due dates. Mostly they seem to be this term or the start of term 3.

end of term 2 (this term)..my teachers didnt want to leave this as a burden on top of trials.

but, why is it only marked internally?

Mine's due end of this term... around three weeks to go and i've just begun getting into the meet of it. I reckon i'll be able to pump out a decent essay though..

Well, mine is due this coming tuesday, and I've got all of my information plus my rough notes. But apart from that I haven't written a draft or anything, and I've only got this weekend to finish it!!!!

But I've done a lot of reading and I reckon I can put together a really great essay on my topic because I absolutely love it and no so much about it!!

- I'd wait until after the assessments have been sent to the Board (September?) so that no one can rip your essay off & cause a plagiarism challenge that might suck you in. Different schools have different due dates so a quick download & print & name change by some unscrupulous person could do the job & leave you in the crap.

Yes, they are - but the assessment marks are sent off to the board. So if someone copied your essay, got it marked & got the credit then that would be a bummer. And if someone else saw the essy eg teachers show each other their essays (coz they do have to make copies) & another teacher said "Hey I saw that exact same essay wrote by good ol' Acid from Hard Rock High!" & they launched an investigation....

Paranoia, eh? Wondeful stuff.

Whereas if ya wait till the marks are sent off that can't happen.
