really?? ohh....Well, I guess maybe they thought they were taking a risk by releasing side effects because it's not the typical-sounding rnb song. I actually thought they were gonna put out 'That Chick'. Hm, oh wells. Man, Touch My Body did bad in Australia LOL. Hopefully 'Bye Bye' will manage to reach higher on the charts... lol.
