Does UNSW offer an early entry scheme to current hsc students based on their trial marks?? If so for which courses and how can one apply for them?

I highly doubt there is such thing.

A method of early entry that I have heard of is doing exceptionally well in those olympiad competitions. I know a friend who got an early entry into university from the Biology olympiad.

Early admission is not intended as an alternative method of admission for highly capable students progressing normally through their final years of secondary school.

Then what IS it intended as ...

Well the university certainly won't allow someone to get an early admission just from trial marks is what I'm trying to say

And reading that they want people aged 15 or younger! sheeeesh imagine having one of them in your computing class and he kicks everyone's asses in marks
