Early entry (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone this is my first post so I'm not too sure if I'm doing this right...

This is the second term of Year 12 and I'm feeling extremely anxious about getting into Uni, I'm clinging onto hope that I could receive early entry offers from MQ Uni but I'm doubting my year 11 results are good enough.

Ancient History - 1/17 A
English Advanced - 113/146 B
Society and Culture - 14/19 A
Textiles - 10/16 A
Standard Maths - 5/32 A
Modern History (Dropped) - 29/61 A

And as for extracurricular activities
- 2-year salvation army volunteer
- Community garden volunteer
- Active in school ( Volleyball captain few times, orientation day guide, opening food stalls for events)
- Worked in year 10 and 11 as a barista
- Attending Chinese Saturday school

The course I am wanting to get in is Bachelor of International Studies - 78 Atar or same course at USYD - 92 Atar

Could anyone tell me if my year 11 grades and community engagement are good enough for MQ's SRS program?

Hey there, I remember being in your position!!! I was soo anxious that I wouldn't get into Uni.

There are always opportunities. Believe it or not, I got 4 early offers and ended up getting a scholarship to USYD for Bachelor of Commerce and a 94 atar!! (separate - no early offer).

In saying this, don't worry about your Atar or marks as it will always turn out better than you expect (as long as you put in the effort). I got the Maq SRS for an 85 rated course (Business Analytics and Finance) and did similar activities to you.

I reckon you have a great chance, if you need me to review your application for you I'm more than happy to do so

Thank you for the comment I am feeling a lot better now! I was so anxious about my Ancient History test tomorrow that I've spiralled into a rabbit hole of HSC advice websites and forums hoping to find some reassurance.
