1) Formal logic (PHIL134?)
2) Critical thinking (PHIL137)

Thats all I can think of. the rest were harder.

ECON110 and ACCG105 are much easier than STAT171 and Maths!!!

It depends on what you're strengths are I guess

oh wow eww.. do u really have to an elective from that list?

well out of all of them, i've only done stat170 and acst101

stat170
acst101

in terms of how hard they are.

cant u do an arts or philosophy elective? why would u choose to do finance as an elective?

Hey all, thanks for the replies.

I was trying to get an idea of what subjects are easy and which to avoid. The subjects I put up were just the ones i did in my first year.

The unit summaries given by Macquarie are extremely vague and the only way I've found to get any beneficial information is through fellow students. Too bad i found this forum a year too late.

Thanks guys

105 is a walk in the park lol...compared to 1b at least...now I would never touch ACCG1B if I had the choice!

nah they changed the maf 133 course

i think wen u did it (based on ur hsc yr) it was like me its equivalent to the current 132 and 133 in one course + group theory that they removed from the course so i guess it would be much easier.
