The ones we were using were chapters 10 and 11. (from my link) Chapter 13 from yours.

Just shows, we don't need stupid MDS, we can find newer slides on the internet!

(The slides he uses in the lectures are modified by him, but i've heard from various sources to just ignore his modifications and follow the berenson slides.)

Here are my notes from when I did ECMT 1010 in 2003.

The content may have changed, and i'm sure i've got some things wrong, like the graphs and stuff. And the notes may or may not be complete, I probably stopped paying attention halfway through the semester.

ECMT seems so far away when you're in third year.
