analyse - draw out implications
talk about macro and micro policies (eg deregulation, etc. look up content in your book), detail what they are
then IMPLICATIONS, what does each of the policies do to the economy and our competitors...remember if you have time, look for not only positives but also negatives and from different perspectives (eg dereg is great for importers, great for domestic buyers of foreign products, but shit for exporters, shit for government tax income).
