For b) of the last part, we're supposed to assume that the income level has already adjusted to equilibrium (from the change in part a)), right?

I did the long answer part of mine today. I'm glad to get that out of the way (even though it took 30mins). Meh i've got no idea about the national accounts... gotta read that before uni resumes...

Phew, i thought you were gonna tell me that we only needed to do either part a) or b).

Yep doing both wouldn't have taken more than 30-35mins. My word count (not including equations) was approx 520. That should be alright yeh?

Nah, that's not rite cos for exports Y is not determinant - it's purely exogenous.

So if there was an increase in Xo, it'd be a parallel shift upwards.
