Hey, I just received this e-mail about ECON110 classes and I was wondering whether it meant that those of us that have already allocated our classes may get moved if we live fairly close by... or those of us who have allocated are safe but newer enrolments may be forced to take evening classes... let me know what you think cos I've already given my boss my timetable and would be screwed if I had to change =/

Dear ECON110 student,

Many of you are currently in the process of finalising your timetable of lectures and tutorials.

There are places for everybody, so don't worry if you find that you are currently unable to enrol in the particular lecture or tutorial time that you want.

It will be possible for you to alter your timetable in the first and second week of semester, either online or in consultation with the tutor-in-charge of ECON110 Alex Blair, in Room E4A 418.

The only constraint will be that preference will be given in the day time streams for students for whom evening classes are difficult due to the distances they must travel from home. If you have special circumstances such as this, feel free to contact Alex Blair in E4A 418, or Helen Boneham in Room E4A 410 (or hboneham@efs.mq.edu.au)

For other students there will be plenty of spaces in the evening lectures on Wednesday and Thursday. And in the end, there will be plenty of space for everybody.

Best wishes from the ECON110 team,

Alex Blair

Who know mate!

Just hold tight and see what Alex Blair has to say.

He will probably just leave it as is. Maybe he might change some classes to the day as opposed to night.
