i haven't even opened the book... i don't wanna find out i paid like $100 for something crappy....

anyways.... isn't it better to stick with varian because thats the book referred to in the lectures?!

i dunno the first couple of chapters were very confusing ( for me anyways) but now i guess its getting better

anyway can someone help me out with the lagrange theorem?....
is for all optimisation problems regardless of type of graph?

lol i'm still on chapter 4 ( i think we are up to like 9 or ten in lectures though!)
anyway can someone tell me when we use this theorem? like i know he said that the tangency rule doesn't always apply and the he introduced this lagrange thingy...so does this always work?

anyway for those that have done it already what is the mid semester like?

if your only up to chapter 4? where is that lagrange stuff??
i've read up to chap6.. and haven't come across any lagrange stuff..

for some reason the word lagrange sounds familiar... from high school math? *shudders*

webct for econ200 is fudged up.....
and i dont think there are past papers for the tests.. only the finals...
