What's a good group tutoring centre (ie matrix) or private tutor for Economics?

Looking for someone to help with structuring essays/short answers.

What type of price would I be looking to pay also?

I've heard Talent100 is great for it.

But as far as essay structure and what not goes better to get a 1-on-1 tutor or with a small class 5-6 students max as sometimes tutoring classes can get too big.
