Does any body have some good related materials for educating rita??? like a poem or song lyrics with some notes....

we have been looking at supp. texts for educating rita lately. we have been watching bend it like beckham and two songs used in ths film relate to educating rita: "independence day" by mel c (note:these are on the bend it like beckham soundtrack) and "move on up" by curtis mayfield. hope i have helped u out. cheers and good luck!!

my teacher gave us '8Mile' as a supplementary text....it was god coz i am pretty familiar wif it...n so was most of da class.....
if ur keen i can send u su notes....

there's a few different movies u could use like:
* legally blonde
* Billy Elliot
* Finding Nemo
* Shrek

for 'into the world' (i think thats what it is) just pick one of them, 2 if u want to play it safe, and choose a scene :
* from the start - that indicates the beginning of the transition,
* the 1st signs of the transition,
* what scene the actual transition was, and
* the final result of the transition

we got told thats the easiest and fastest way to get ur related texts for E/Rita
