If you apply for educational access for some sort of disadvantage, will this mean that in the future an employer or uni will say- "this person isn't fit for this job/course" because of the disadvantage that is stated in the access scheme application?

it is comnpletely confidential, and why would an enployer not hire you becouse one of your parents died or something during ur HSC year, the purpose of access is to allow you to get into courses you already would have gotten into
Also, the whole point of access is to provide equality to those at a disadvantage...if an employer where to say a person was unstable for a job because they applied for access is counterproductive and discriminatory. Though it is confidential
