how does the sub heading 'Effectively Managing Change' in the first topic, link to 'Devloping Marketing Strategies' in topic 3, while including stuff from the rest of topic 1 (business management and change), topic 2 (financial planning and management), topic 3 (marketing) and topic 4 (employment relations)?

like the effictively managin change section is as follows:
1) Identifying the need for change
2) Setting acheivable goals
3) Creating a culture of change
4) Change models

step 1 links like:
Identifying the need for change --> external influences --> identifying the target market/market segmentation --> strategies (4 P's)

Thanks :)

Here are some rules for effective management of change. Managing organizational change will be more successful if you apply these simple principles. Achieving personal change will be more successful too if you use the same approach where relevant. Change management entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation, and above all, consultation with, and involvement of, the people affected by the changes. If you force change on people normally problems arise. Change must be realistic, achievable and measurable. These aspects are especially relevant to managing personal change.
