just a question say you fail an elective throughout the year, does that count towards your overall course credit points? would you have to repeat that same unit or is it possible to say when it comes to doing that elective change for another one?

pretty sure you could change it if you wanted to. but failing it would still drop your average.

If you fail an elective I am pretty sure you will have to repeat it until you pass. I do not think you can substitute it with another unit.

But think about it realistically, if you have a fail on your transcript and there is no evidence that you attempted the course again it doesn't look good to an employer because it looks like you just gave up and never tried again.
