OK, I set my options so I don't get 100 emails a day telling me I've had a reply to a post I made in a thread, but I still seem to get the emails.

What's with this?

YOu need to unsubscribe from all the threads you are subscribed too

How do you do that??

Click the 'user cp' button at the top of the page, then click 'unsubscribe' for each of the threads listed.

i don't mind the email notifications - what pisses me off is how every time I "reply" to a thread for the 2nd or more times - i forget to unclick the "subscribe" button that is automatically on...

therefore I get like 5 emails notifications about the same thread... i just need to remind myself to unclick it
